Added ElasticSearch?: framework which we can use together with CouchDB to do fulltext searches. You can set it up according to the specification at https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-river-couchdb.

Added ElasticReadStore?, an extention of QueryReadStore? to use the ElasticSearch? service for autocompletion.
In session.js: tried adding ElasticReadStore? to get autocompletion, does not work yet since the requests are malformed. Probably the content-type, which cannot be set easily (restricted in QueryReadStore? =/). Need ideas.
